Ingredients
1 chicken leg
1 Onion
Small tomatoes

2 lemons (one sliced and one juiced)
SEASONING:
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the chicken breast pieces in a large bowl. Sprinkle them with salt and black pepper for seasoning. Then, use your SEASON•SEAL to vacuum marinate the chicken for 30 minutes. This process helps infuse the flavors into the chicken quickly.
Next preheat your oven to 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes.
While the oven is preheating, prepare the onion, lemon slices, tomato slices, minced garlic, and fresh basil leaves. Then, remove the chicken from your SEASON•SEAL container.
In a baking dish, arrange the sliced onion and basil leaves. Place the chicken pieces on top. Spray olive oil and lemon juice over the chicken, and massage them gently to ensure even coating. Add minced garlic over the chicken pieces. Arrange lemon slices and tomato slices on top of the chicken.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and cook for about 1 hour. The cooking time may vary depending on the size of your chicken pieces. Ensure the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional fresh basil leaves if desired. Serve your delicious lemon chicken with your favorite sides and enjoy your meal!
