INGREDIENTS
1 chicken quarter (1 person):
dark: thigh and leg
white: breast and wing
1 Onion
Small tomatoes
Basil
Garlic
2 lemons (one sliced and one juiced)
SEASONING:
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the chicken in a large bowl. Sprinkle them with salt and black pepper for seasoning.
- Use your SeasonSeal on Season Mode to vacuum marinate the chicken for 30 minutes. This process helps infuse the flavors into the chicken quickly.
- Peheat your oven to 380°F (193°C)
- Slice the onion, lemon slices, tomato slices, minced garlic, and fresh basil leaves.
- In a baking dish, arrange the sliced onion and basil leaves. Remove the chicken from your SeasonSeal container and pllace the chicken pieces on top.
