  • McCormick garlic, onion, and ginger powder 2 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder 2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper 2 teaspoon

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the Pork Ribs - Rinse ribs under cold water, pat dry, and make light cuts between each rib to help the marinade penetrate.

Make the Marinade - In a measuring cup, mix soy sauce, garlic, onion, ginger powder, cumin, and black pepper.

Marinate the Ribs - Place ribs in a SeasonSeal container, pour marinade over, and close the lid.
Choose Marination Method:

Set to Season Mode (vacuum cycling), valve open.
Longer: Switch valve to Sealed mode, vacuum seal, and refrigerate until ready to cook.

Preheat Oven - 150°C (300°F).

Prep Vegetables - Halve cherry tomatoes and cut broccoli into florets.

Roast - Release vacuum, remove ribs, and discard marinade. Coat ribs with hot sauce. Return ribs to container with tomatoes and broccoli; season veggies with salt and pepper. Roast at 150°C (300°F) for ~2 hours, until ribs are tender and veggies caramelized.
