To start a return:

Return Conditions
- Item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

We back our products with a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.
What’s Covered
- Defects in materials or manufacturing under normal household use
- Faulty parts such as seals, vacuum ports, or electronics
What’s Not Covered
- Wear and tear (e.g. vacuum bags, gaskets)
- Damage from misuse, drops, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
- International or commercial use
To File a Claim
Email support@sealvax.com with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or video if applicable
If your warranty claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement product or part at no cost.

What currency does your site use?
We will process your payment in your local currency. There are however some limitations and special cases in which we will have to charge your card in USD. In those cases, the conversion is handled by your financial institution.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Maestro, and CB Bank. Note, cards issued that do
not carry one of these logos will not be accepted, therefore we recommend using PayPal as an alternative.
