Valentine's Day Brownie

INGREDIENTS
- Dark Chocolate – Up to 80% chocolate – 6 oz
- Unsalted Butter – 7 oz
- White Sugar – 9 oz
- Eggs – 3 of them (room temperature is best)
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla Extract – 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla boosts the chocolate flavor.
- Low Flour - 3 oz
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – 1 oz
- Walnuts - 3 oz
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350F degrees
- Start by melting the butter and dark chocolate together to create a mixture by using a double broiler.
- Once they have melted and fused together, combine the white sugar and salt to the melted mixture. Next, add the beaten eggs along with vanilla extract to this mixture. You can mix (and later bake) everything in a SeasonSeal container.
- Chop the walnuts finely and toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes to bring out the aroma.
- Remove toasted walnuts from the oven, combine with the previously prepared mixture. Mix until everything is equally combined.
- Place mixture in SeasonSeal container and bake for a total of 20 minutes.
- Once done cooking, remove it from the oven, allow it to cool and then add your berry garnishes!
