Honey Garlic Butter Salmon

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs salmon
2 oz unsalted butter, sliced
Marinade:
1 Tbs sesame oil
2 Tbs honey
4 Tbs cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs brown sugar
2 Tbs sweet chili sauce
1 Tbs rice wine vinegar
2 Tbs dijon mustard
INSTRUCTIONS
- Start by mixing all of the marinade ingredients together: sesame oil, honey, cloves garlic, minced, soy sauce, brown sugar, sweet chili sauce, rice wine vinegar, dijon mustard.
- Pour marinade over the salmon in a SeasonSeal container. Fully coat the salmon, then place 2 oz of butter slices over the salmon filet, covering the top of the salmon.
- Set the SeasonSeal container to Season Mode. Vacuum cycle the salmon for a full cycle set (approximately 20 minutes).
- While salmon is marinating, preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit
- Broil the marinated salmon for 15 minutes.
- After the salmon is done cooking, take it out of the oven, plate it and enjoy!
