Ingredients
2 lbs salmon
2 oz unsalted butter, sliced
Marinade:
1 Tbs sesame oil
2 Tbs honey
4 Tbs cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs brown sugar
2 Tbs sweet chili sauce
1 Tbs rice wine vinegar
2 Tbs dijon mustard
INSTRUCTIONS
Start by mixing all of the marinade ingredients together, this includes the sesame oil, honey, cloves garlic, minced, soy sauce, brown sugar, sweet chili sauce, rice wine vinegar, and dijon mustard.
Once the marinade is of desired consistency pour it over the salmon. Once the salmon is fully coated in the marinade place 2 oz of butter slices over the salmon filet, covering the top of the salmon.
Once the above step is complete continue to let the salmon sit and marinate for 1 hour.
When the hour’s time is almost complete, preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit to prepare for the salmon to cook. When the oven has reached peak temperature, insert it into the oven and allow it to broil for 15 minutes.
After the salmon is done cooking, take it out of the oven, plate it and enjoy!
