Pumpkin Pie

lngredients:

15oz of steamed pumpkin
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 egg yolks, 5oz of milk
6-inch of pie crust pre-made

Simple steps below :

Steam 15oz of pumpkin flesh
Mix together one cup of granulated sugar, one-half cup of whipping cream and 2 egg yolks along with the pumpkin flesh
Pour the filling into 1 premade frozen pie shell
Preheat the oven to 400°F, and bake in the oven at a high temperature of 400°F for 10 minutes. Then 350°F for 40 minutes.
PS. The pie is done when a knife tip inserted in the center comes out wet but relatively clean
After cooling add some whipped cream and enjoy! (optional)
