The vacuum devices don't last.

I love the system in general, but wish that the vacuum device would last longer. I have just bought three more, making this eight.

I got two of the vacuums with my initial purchase. One broke after a 4 inch drop to my counter. The other broke when I dropped it on the floor. Now I see that you have doubled the price for them. I wrote your company and told you how flimsy they are. I was told I would be sent another one for free. I have never gotten one and I will never buy another one at that price for how cheaply they are made. So now I have all kinds of bags and I will never buy another vacuum. I'm very very disappointed.
