Creamy Pumpkin Bisque Soup

lngredients:

1 whole onion
17 ounces of fresh milk
17 ounces of water
2 ounces of whipping cream
2 ounces of butter
3 tablespoons of salt

Directions:

Dice and steam your pumpkin
Next, add the butter, and chopped onion and fry them until they turn translucent

After the pumpkin has been fried, puree it using a food processor
Put the pumpkin puree, milk, and whipping cream into the pot and bring to a boil, adding the salt before serving
