We back our products with a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. 

What’s Covered

• Defects in materials or manufacturing under normal household use
• Faulty parts such as seals, vacuum ports, or electronics

What’s Not Covered

• Wear and tear (e.g. vacuum bags, gaskets)
• Damage from misuse, drops, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
• International or commercial use

To File a Claim
Email support@sealvax.com with:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or video if applicable

 If your warranty claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement product or part at no cost.
