Return & Refund Policy

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked. If you’re not completely satisfied with your SealVax product, simply reach out and we’ll make it right.

To start a return:
Email support@sealvax.com with your order number and we’ll respond with return instructions.

 Return Conditions

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
